We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your product under the following conditions.

1. Return Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. How to Initiate a Return
Please contact us at info@projektionhub.com to initiate a return and receive instructions. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs to our facility in Turkey.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards (if applicable).

  • Downloadable software products.

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
